Job summary

Integrative Emergency Services, LLC is seeking a Physician Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition for physicians and APP roles across hospital sites, with a focus on Emergency Medicine, Hospitalists, An anesthesia, and Surgical. The role includes supervising recruiters, developing recruiting strategies, and managing a portion of the requisition load.

Most work can be done remotely with occasional travel to the Dallas corporate office, recruitment events, or client sites.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or GED and at least 5 years of recruiting experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider recruiting activities for assigned markets, service lines, and sites.
• Supervise and develop a team of recruiters; manage a partial workload.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and dashboards for recruitment performance.
• Create enterprise dashboards and reports for leadership and clients.
• Oversee credentialing timelines and staffing processes with other managers.
