Job summary

Medrina is hiring a remote full-time Recruiter focused on high-volume physician and Advanced Practice Provider recruitment. The role requires travel for training in Chicago and regular meetings, with nationwide candidate engagement from a home office.

You will partner with Business Development, HR and Operations to fill roles, while meeting hiring goals and maintaining a strong candidate network. This position rewards travel flexibility and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of candidate sourcing experience.
• At least 1 year in healthcare setting (social work, therapy, nurse, physician office/practice).

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle, high-volume recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and recruit nationally across divisions; develop sourcing strategies.
• Track and communicate with candidates using recruitment systems.
• Develop relationships with leaders to understand hiring needs.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to meet recruitment goals.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline via networking, residency programs, events, and social media.
