Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a physician recruiter to identify and source targeted physician candidates through diverse channels and to develop strategic recruitment plans. The role requires coordinating with site partners and driving process improvements, while building long-term relationships with candidates.

This position is primarily remote with on-site availability for recruitment events and meetings, including travel across North Carolina and South Carolina.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
• Experience in physician recruitment or executive recruitment is typical (5+ years).
• Advanced knowledge of recruiting strategies and sourcing targeted candidates.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and sources targeted physicians using diverse recruitment methods.
• Develops and implements complex recruitment plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Leads special recruitment projects and drives process improvements.
• Maintains regular communication with site partners and candidates.
