Job summary

Mathematica, Inc. seeks part-time Phone Project Assistants to support national research projects remotely. You will conduct telephone interviews, use a CATI system, and enter responses into a database while following scripts for consistency.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deal tactfully and diplomatically with all people.

• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week; weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research interviews with study participants by telephone.
• Use a Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) system for all outreach.
• Follow standardized procedures and scripts verbatim to ensure study consistency across surveys.
• Enter survey responses into a database.
• Assist with other survey-related tasks as required.
