Qualifications

• Must be well-spoken with professional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with research participants via phone and videoconference.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Initiate calls to research participants to conduct surveys and determine eligibility.
• Communicate professionally with participants to gain interest in studies.
• Recruit quality respondents within study criteria.
• Learn and apply training and scripting for projects.
• Maintain accurate data entry, screeners, logs, and time cards.
• Screen and schedule participant participation in interviews or focus groups.
• Proactively inform supervisors of recruitment issues.
• Conduct phone interviews and recruit for qualitative studies.
