Job summary

Mathematica is seeking part-time Phone Project Assistants to work remotely for our Survey Operations Center, supporting national research projects.

You will conduct telephone interviews using CATI systems, follow scripts, and enter responses into a database, with weekend availability and a 20-hour minimum weekly commitment.

We offer an hourly starting pay of $17.20, with potential benefits and paid time off; background checks apply.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior customer service, call center, research, or interviewing experience preferred.

We offer a starting hourly pay rate of $17.20 with a potential for benefits and paid time off.

This position is categorized as on-call, and as such, the hours may at times vary based on project needs. Your employment will be classified as on-call until the duration of the project(s) or need(s) is complete.
