Job summary

BillionToOne Inc. seeks a Phlebotomy Operations Specialist to manage and grow a national phlebotomy network for Unity prenatal testing. The role bridges Sales Operations, phlebotomy vendors, and patients, owning logistics from onboarding to supply management.

The role is remote, full-time, and reports to the Phlebotomy and Vendor Operations Manager. Domestic travel of up to 25% is possible for PSC setup and launches.

Qualifications

• Experience in phlebotomy operations or healthcare staffing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a national network.
• Strong organizational skills with scheduling and logistics ownership.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with sales, contracts and ops.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, place and manage In-Office Phlebotomists (IOP) nationally.
• Recruit and manage PSC-based phlebotomists across the site network.
• Support PSC setup including site identification, staffing and launch readiness.
• Build relationships with phlebotomy vendors and site partners nationwide.
• Own scheduling for IOP and PSC phlebotomists to ensure coverage.
