Job summary

Getlabs, Inc. is seeking a Field Phlebotomy Supervisor to support the Operations Manager in day-to-day field operations and ensure the best possible patient experience.

You will oversee quality of patient operations, supervise mobile phlebotomists, and help train hourly team members. Key responsibilities include supervising team performance, reviewing appointments for compliance, interviewing and onboarding new mobile phlebotomists, and managing schedules, timecards, expenses, and customer

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of management experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification from AMT, ASCP, or NCCT required.
• Proven track record in exceptional customer service and strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
