AnewHealth is seeking a qualified Pharmacy Technician to join our Patient Engagement team in a fully remote role. The technician will handle inbound patient questions by phone, balances collection, and coordinate with clinicians to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Health Association (NHA).
• Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients and resolve questions as an ExactCare expert.
• Collect on patient balances when due.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a remote, phone-based pharmacy environment.
• Serve as liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals on patient care.
• Collaborate with technicians, pharmacists, and specialists to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Assist with high call volumes as backup support.
• Uphold AnewHealth core values in all communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
