Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join the Patient Engagement team in a fully remote, phone-based environment. You will assist patients, doctors and facilities, resolving questions and coordinating care while maintaining strict confidentiality and accuracy in all records.

The role requires PTCB/NHA certification, state registration, and previous pharmacy experience. You will work about 40 hours weekly, with potential extended hours to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• PTCB or NHA certification and current certificate.
• Pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy required.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients and resolve questions.
• Collect on patient balances when due.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a remote closed-door pharmacy environment.
• Serve as liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals.
