AnewHealth is seeking Pharmacy Technicians to join our Patient Care Center of Excellence. This office-based or remote role focuses on phone-based patient interactions, data processing, and coordinating with doctors and facilities to support patient care across the country.

The role requires high school diploma, PTCB/NHA certification, and state registration, with the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to a fast-paced team. Full-time with competitive benefits is provided.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• PTCB or NHA certification and maintain a current certificate.
• Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment.
• Enter a high volume of data; processing prescription information with speed and accuracy.
• Receive prescription authorizations, clarifications or transfers.
• Perform claim adjudication and audits such as prior authorizations, billing and eligibility checks.
• Work through current case queues to resolve patient care issues.
• Serve as liaison between clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals.
• On-board new patients to ExactCare and maintain patient records with confidentiality.
• Make welcome/outbound calls to build trusted contact and update medication profiles.
