AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for its remote Patient Care Center of Excellence. You will handle phone-based patient interactions, data entry for prescriptions, and coordination of authorizations and transfers in a fast-paced, nationwide environment.

Required are a High school diploma/GED, PTCB or NHA certification and active state registration, plus 18+ years and prior pharmacy experience. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• PTCB or NHA certification required and active.
• Maintain a current pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment.
• Enter prescription data with speed and accuracy.
• Receive prescription authorizations, clarifications or transfers.
• Perform claim adjudication, prior authorizations, and billing/eligibility checks.
• Make outbound calls to patients and onboard new patients to ExactCare.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Support pharmacists in ensuring high-quality patient care.
