Job summary

AnewHealth is a national pharmacy care management company seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support patient care from a remote setting. You will handle high-volume phone interactions with patients, doctors and facilities, process prescriptions, and assist with authorizations and transfers while maintaining confidentiality.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, PTCB/NHA certification, and an active pharmacy technician registration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Health Association (NHA).
• Must maintain pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment.
• Enter a high volume of data and process prescription information accurately.
• Handle prescription authorizations, clarifications or transfers; perform claim adjudication and audits.
