Amicis Global is seeking a Pharmacy Tech I for a fully remote, 12-month assignment. You will handle inbound calls from members, providers, and pharmacies, documenting reviews and decisions with accuracy.

The role requires strong customer service and computer skills, with rotation to pharmacist for escalations. Preferred candidates have 1 year of pharmacy technician coordination experience, a pharmacy tech license or trainee license, and proficiency in MS Teams and Outlook.

Qualificações

• Inbound call center experience in healthcare is required or preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification preferred or Trainee license considered.
• Advanced computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsabilidades

• Handle in-bound calls from providers, pharmacies, members and document reviews.
• Escalate complex questions to pharmacist team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of approvals and denials.
