VIVA USA Inc. is seeking a Tech I Prior Auth to handle inbound calls from providers, pharmacies, and members.

This 100% remote role involves documenting reviews, transferring clinical questions to pharmacists, and supporting prior authorization processes with accuracy and professionalism. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, processing fax/ePA requests, and outbound outreach for prescription refills when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active pharmacy technician license per state requirements, or active national certification preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel/Word) and ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls/faxes/ePA requests with professional and courteous behavior according to standards.
• Process information accurately to ensure data integrity for internal/external customers.
• Escalate clinical inquiries to pharmacists as appropriate and coordinate with teams.
• Assist with outbound calls and other duties as assigned by leadership.
