The role includes eligibility verification, data entry, and assisting with appeals, while meeting performance goals. Standard hours are Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (PST), with comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to submit to pre-employment screening and drug testing.
• Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification is required.
• Prior clerical/customer service experience is preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.

• Provides first call resolution for state programs via telephone (e.g., Medicaid, SNAP).
• Enter client data into system.
• Assist clients with understanding rights and responsibilities related to appeals.
• Verify eligibility and summarize case activity.
• Support pharmacy operations as a program resource in a patient-facing role.
• Retrieve prescriptions from various sources for review and complete information.
