Conduent is hiring a Pharmacy Technician Services Associate. This remote, full-time role pays $20 per hour and supports clients’ accounts via phone and online interactions. You will resolve inquiries, assist with eligibility, and help ensure accurate data entry and timely order processing.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent or higher.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician credential required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Pre-employment screening and drug testing required.
• Prior clerical/customer service experience helpful.
• Pharmacy technician experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-call resolution for state programs (e.g., Medicaid, SNAP).
• Enter client data into the system.
• Assist clients with rights and responsibilities related to appeals.
• Verify eligibility and summarize activity.
• Work from assigned queues and incoming documents daily.
• Support pharmacy operations as a program resource for patients and providers.
• Process prescriptions from various sources for review.
