Job summary

Conduent is hiring a Pharmacy Technician Services Associate for a remote role. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing account questions and resolving issues while providing outstanding service.

The role involves supporting the pharmacy team and ensuring timely order processing and accurate data entry. The position requires a Certified Pharmacy Technician, US work authorization, and flexibility to work 8:00 am–10:00 pm EST across a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• Experience in clerical/customer service.
• Ability to work any schedule (8:00 am - 10:00 pm EST) and rotation.
• Willingness to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide first contact resolution for state eligibility programs via telephone.
• Enter client data into system.
• Assist clients with understanding rights and responsibilities related to appeals.
• Verify eligibility and summarize case activity.
• Support pharmacy operations as a program resource.”
• Retrieve prescriptions from various sources for review and completeness.
• Handle prescription prior authorization requests.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support and liaise with escalation team to ship orders on time.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints using scripts and procedures.
• Gather caller information to resolve situations and communicate resolutions.
• Investigate and resolve complaints; refer non-routine issues to seniors.
