Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Services Associate to support our clients’ customers as the first point of contact. You will answer questions about accounts and assist with eligibility and prescription processing while delivering exceptional service and meeting performance goals.

This remote, full-time role offers a $20.00 per hour pay rate, a Monday–Friday schedule (PST), and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to submit to pre-employment screening and drug testing.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• Prior clerical/customer service experience.
• Pharmacy Technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides first call resolution for state programs via telephone.
• Enter client data into system.
• Assist clients with understanding their rights and responsibilities related to appeals.
• Verify eligibility and summarize case activity.
• Work daily from assigned queues and incoming documents.
• Assist the pharmacy in general operations as a program support resource.
• Retrieve prescriptions for review and completeness of information.
• Handle prior authorization requests.
• Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support and coordinate with escalation team.
