Job summary

ScriptPro in the United States is seeking a Pharmacy Support Analyst III to troubleshoot and maintain ScriptPro systems, applications, hardware, and peripherals. You will use remote tools to assist customers with reported issues, ensuring best practices for configuration and workflow.

This is a remote work-from-home role with potential travel. The position reports to the Manager, Pharmacy Support Operations and requires strong problem solving, communication, and multitasking skills to support a

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a computer or computer science related field or preferred 4+ years related experience
• 2+ years ScriptPro Customer Service experience
• 4+ years experience with Windows OS, networking, software, and hardware troubleshooting
• Expert knowledge of desktop and peripheral hardware troubleshooting
• Expert experience supporting proprietary software applications
• Expert knowledge of connectivity and networking concepts
• Advanced knowledge of SQL databases and query syntax
• Experience with remote support tool (BOMGAR, PCAnywhere, SecureLink, or Windows Remote Desktop)
• Experience with a help desk ticketing system (Oracle, Siebel, or other CRM systems)
• Experience with SLA driven resolution times
• Typing 50 WPM
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exemplary attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and tenacity
• Ability to multitask with varying priorities
• Problem solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
• Troubleshoot issues with ScriptPro systems, applications, hardware, and peripherals
• Use remote support tools to assist customers and resolve issues
• Document all job functions using Siebel with high data quality
• Act as a subject matter expert for ScriptPro products and components
• Escalate and coordinate with other ScriptPro teams to resolve issues
• Mentor analysts and participate in on-call rotations
