Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a Pharmacy Support Analyst III to troubleshoot, analyze, and maintain ScriptPro systems, applications, hardware, and peripherals. This is a remote work from home position with potential travel for on-site requirements.

You will consult with customers to implement best practices for configuration, pharmacy workflow, and enhancements. The role requires strong technical skills, remote support experience, and the ability to manage multiple tickets and communicate clearly with

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 4+ years related experience.
• 2+ years ScriptPro Customer Service experience.
• Experience with Windows OS and hardware troubleshooting.
• Expert knowledge of desktop hardware and software applications.
• Experience with remote support tools and CRM systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.
• Troubleshoot issues with ScriptPro and related systems.
• Use remote support tools to assist customers.
• Document issues and resolutions with high data quality.
• Mentor other analysts and act as escalation point.
• Communicate clearly with end users and stakeholders.
