Job summary

IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research and healthcare insights, seeks a remote Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative for a contract role managed by an external agency. You will provide payment assistance solutions, handle card activations, eligibility and benefit explanations, and troubleshoot submission rejections.

Requirements include Pharmacy Technician experience, HIPAA certification, 3+ years call center experience; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician experience required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Call center experience (3+ years preferred).
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, or other contact methods.
• Assess user issues and provide first level resolution.
• Document resolution details and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
• Identify operational challenges and suggest improvements to management.
• Work 40 hours per week with EST-aligned shifts.
