Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative for a remote, contract role. You will handle payment assistance like co-pay cards, activate cards, determine program eligibility, and explain benefits while troubleshooting submission rejections.

Role requires Pharmacy Technician experience, HIPAA certification, and call center background. Shifts are 8-5, 9-6, 10-7, or 11-8 EST; full-time hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician experience required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Call center experience required (3+ years preferred).
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other contact methods to the Support Center.
• Quickly assess the user’s issue and provide first level resolution.
• Document information relevant to the resolution and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
• Identify operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management.
• Work 40 hours per week with specified EST shifts under moderate supervision.
