Job summary

The role requires a Pharmacy Technician background, HIPAA familiarity, and 3+ years call center experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. This contract role offers potential conversion to full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician experience required.
• Call center experience required (3+ years preferred).
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• HIPAA certified/aware preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other contact methods.
• Quickly assess user issues and provide first level resolution.
• Document resolution details and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
• Identify operational challenges and suggest improvements to management.
• Work 40 hours per week in EST work hours with supervision.
