Job summary

IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research services, is seeking a Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative for a remote contract role. You will handle payment assistance solutions, including co-pay cards and vouchers, and address card activation, eligibility, and benefit explanations.

Primary duties include fielding patient and provider inquiries via various channels, documenting resolutions, and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician experience is required.
• Call center experience of 3+ years is preferred.
• HIPAA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other contact methods.
• Assess user issues and provide first-level problem resolution.
• Document information and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
• Identify operational challenges and suggest management improvements.
• Work 40 hours per week with shifts (8:00-17:00 EST, 9:00-18:00 EST, 10:00-19:00 EST, or 11:00-20:00 EST).
