Job summary

IQVIA, a global provider of healthcare solutions, is seeking a Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative for a remote contract role. You will handle payment assistance solutions, including co-pay cards and program eligibility, and support patients, pharmacies, and clinicians with program benefits and submission issues.

Responsibilities include first-line customer support via phone or email, rapid issue assessment, documentation, and escalation as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pharmacy Technician experience is required.
• HIPAA certification is required.
• Call center experience is preferred (3+ years).
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other available means of contact to the Support Center.
• Quickly assess the user's issue and provide first level support for problem resolution.
• Document information specific to the resolution and escalated issues expeditiously to the appropriate area.
• Recognize operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management.
• Work 40 hours per week with defined shifts (EST) under moderate supervision.
