Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a 100% remote Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative to provide payment assistance solutions such as co-pay cards or vouchers. The role handles card activation, program eligibility, and explanations of program benefits and submission rejections.

Responsibilities include initial customer support via phone, email, or fax, first level issue resolution, and documenting resolutions. This is a contract role managed externally with potential conversion to full-time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.
• HIPAA certified; call center experience strongly preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other contact methods.
• Provide first level support for problem resolution.
• Document resolution details and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
• Identify operational challenges and suggest improvements to management.
• Work 40 hours per week across EST shifts with varying times.
