Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative for a remote, direct-hire role. You will support members, pharmacies, and healthcare providers with prescription benefits, billing, eligibility, claims, authorizations, and medication delivery questions in a high-volume inbound call center.

This position offers structured training, company-provided equipment, and a supportive team focused on clear communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in inbound customer service for healthcare/pharmacy is required.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center.
• Comfortable using computers and learning multiple systems.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from members, pharmacies, and providers.
• Assist with prescription benefits, billing, eligibility, and delivery questions.
• Research and resolve issues across multiple systems and resources.
• Accurately document interactions and follow up as needed.
• Use active listening to identify needs and support first-call resolution.
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer experience targets.
