Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services invites applications for a Work From Home Customer Service Representative. This full-time remote position includes equipment provided and direct hire status, with pay of $15.00 per hour.

You will handle inbound calls about prescription benefits, billing, and eligibility from home, using multiple systems. Candidates must have at least 1 year of customer service experience, be 18+, and ready to work a schedule that includes weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer service calls from customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
• Assist with questions related to prescription benefits, home delivery medications, billing and payments, eligibility and coverage, claims and authorizations, and medication deliveries.
• Research and resolve customer issues using multiple computer systems and applications.
• Listen actively, ask probing questions, and build positive customer relationships.
• Accurately document customer interactions and case details.
• Make follow-up calls as needed to resolve customer concerns.
• Deliver a positive customer experience during every interaction.
• Work toward achieving first-call resolution whenever possible.
