AppleOne Employment Services seeks a WFH Medical Customer Service Representative for a full-time, direct hire role supporting customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers with prescription benefit questions. This remote call center position offers structured virtual training and ongoing coaching in a team-based environment.

The role handles 60–80 inbound calls daily, requires documenting interactions, and working a 40-hour schedule within 6:00 AM–10:00 PM CST.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of customer service, call center, healthcare support, pharmacy support, or related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work full time from home in a structured call center environment.

Responsabilités

• Handle approximately 60 to 80 inbound customer service calls daily in a professional, accurate, and helpful manner.
• Assist customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers with prescription benefits, eligibility, coverage, claims, authorizations, billing, payments, and medication delivery questions.
• Research and resolve customer concerns using multiple computer systems, internal tools, and available resources.
• Accurately document customer interactions, updates, case details, and resolutions.
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, compliance, and customer experience expectations in a remote call center environment.
• Maintain privacy, confidentiality, and healthcare service standards while working from home.
