PharMerica is seeking a Pharmacy Customer Service Specialist in Raleigh, NC. You will act as a key link between the pharmacy, facilities, providers, and healthcare teams, answering questions, coordinating refills, and resolving issues with professional, timely service.

This full-time role begins with six weeks of on-site training, then transitions to remote work in NC. The position emphasizes detail orientation and task-focused work without direct patient-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Two years of call center experience or two years of related experience.
• Associate’s degree or higher is preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer-facing roles in healthcare or related fields is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and varied schedules.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate communication between pharmacy, providers, and facilities to resolve prescription issues.
• Answer incoming calls within defined response standards and document details.
• Provide information on products, services, and locations based on customer needs.
• Meet quality and performance metrics and resolve customer complaints.
• Process orders, route calls to appropriate resources, and follow up as needed.
• Maintain flexibility to support varying duties and operational needs.
