AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Customer Service Pharmacy Representative for a direct hire, work-from-home role supporting customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers with prescription, pharmacy benefit, billing, eligibility, and medication delivery questions.

This is a work-from-home role designed for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced call center environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills required.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to ask probing questions, build rapport, and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document information.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound customer service calls from customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
• Assist with questions related to prescription benefits, home delivery medications, billing, payments, eligibility, coverage, claims, authorizations, and medication deliveries.
• Research and resolve customer issues using multiple computer systems and internal resources.
• Accurately document customer interactions, case details, and follow-up actions.
• Make occasional follow-up calls when needed to support timely resolution.
• Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting quality, productivity, and attendance expectations.
