Job summary

Lumicera is expanding its Specialty Pharmacy Support Services team. The Supervisor will lead day-to-day operations for Reimbursement or Intake Specialists, ensuring productivity and high customer service levels.

This role directs workflow, participates in hiring and training, and guides policy development with the Associate Manager, Pharmacy Services. Responsibilities include monitoring quality standards, implementing process improvements, and acting as escalation point for complex issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• CPhT certification required when supervising Intake Specialists.
• 2–5 years’ experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
• Strong knowledge of current pharmacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor staff and day-to-day workflow; develop employees' skills and provide feedback.
• Develop, track, and monitor staff compliance to quality, service, and production standards.
• Monitor turnaround times to meet internal standards and client guarantees.
• Assist in monitoring costs to ensure adherence to budget goals.
• Participate in hiring, training, and staff evaluations; address staff concerns.
