Alera Group is seeking a Pharmacy Strategic Account Executive to advise employer groups on PBM contracts, formulary strategy, and cost management from a remote location. You will own a book of clients from strategy through renewal, translate clinical and financial data for CFOs and HR leaders, and help close deals while retaining and growing revenue.

This role combines deep clinical expertise with proactive client partnership.

Formación

• Seven+ years in PBM consulting or related field.
• Demonstrated success managing senior-level client relationships.
• Deep knowledge of PBM contract structures, formulary design, pricing, cost management.
• Ability to translate clinical/actuarial data for CFOs and HR leaders.
• Comfort operating independently in a remote, fast-moving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own a book of employer groups from strategy through renewal.
• Build and execute client-specific account plans.
• Know each client’s plan design, trends, risk tolerance, and decision process.
• Analyze PBM data and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Lead meetings, QBRs, and annual planning with preparation.
