Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield Association is seeking an Account Executive to be the primary contact and strategic liaison for pharmacy clients, guiding performance across retail, mail, specialty, rebates, clinical programs, formulary, and benefit operations.

You will own day-to-day management, coordinate internal teams and vendors, lead implementations, monitor SLAs, and deliver executive-level reviews to strengthen client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing large or complex accounts and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze operational, financial, pharmacy, claims, and rebate data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of account management, service delivery, and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day account management and strategic client relationships, including meetings and executive engagement.
• Lead implementation and change activities for new clients and service enhancements.
• Monitor service delivery and SLAs, coordinating issue resolution and optimization.
• Develop and present reports, dashboards, and business reviews.
