Job summary

Prime Therapeutics, a leading PBM, is seeking an Account Executive for a fully remote role in the United States. You will manage multiple accounts, drive renewals, and align Prime’s initiatives with client needs.

You will develop strategic plans, lead client meetings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value while navigating the healthcare landscape. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in client service with PBM exposure are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, healthcare administration or related field; HS diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Plan’s account and pharmacy teams, and with corresponding consultants/brokers; maintain an intimate understanding of the industry and assigned account trends, challenges, priorities, and adopted products and services to influence the development and prioritization of strategic plans.
• Lead client meetings and drive engagement to ensure client satisfaction and renewal; coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement the master account plan.
• Manage the end-to-end RFP process for renewing groups, including contract renewal planning and risk mitigation of terms.
• Document interactions with assigned accounts in Salesforce, including meeting agendas, notes, dependencies, risks, decisions, and next steps.
