Qualifications
- 10+ years in healthcare, account management, or related client-facing roles.
- Demonstrated executive presence and strategic thinking in discussions with senior clients.
- Experience leading large employer or health plan accounts through teams.
- Strong digital and AI fluency and inclusive leadership aligned with transformation agenda.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 40%.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop teams of Account Executives and Strategic Account Executives, setting expectations aligned to revenue, retention, and client satisfaction goals.
- Establish direction and operating expectations for AE/SAE roles with clear accountability and execution.
- Provide executive oversight for large PBM clients, balancing client needs with enterprise priorities.
