Synergie is seeking a seasoned Account Executive Lead to act as the strategic liaison for assigned pharmacy clients, overseeing retail, mail, specialty, rebates, and clinical programs. You will own day-to-day account management, coordinate internal teams and vendors, and drive implementations to meet contractual commitments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in account management or client-facing health plan roles.
• Experience supporting pharmacy benefits or PBM operations.

• Own day-to-day account management and strategic client relationships.
• Lead implementation and change activities for new clients and programs.
• Monitor SLAs, performance guarantees, and issue resolution.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
