Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Supervisor, Pharmacy Quality to lead the Specialty Pharmacy Quality Management Program and supervise the quality analytics team.

You will drive data-driven improvements, oversee evaluations, and partner with leadership to implement outcome-based enhancements across processes. The role emphasizes calibration, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration within a collaborative healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree or at least 2 years relevant experience.
• Supervisory experience or experience as a quality analyst.
• Experience using data to make assessments /derive recommendations to impact change.
• Experience developing and executing on improvements.
• Demonstrated excellence in a customer service role.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Recommend quality metrics for the specialty pharmacy, including benchmarks and action plans.
• Review and assess quality monitoring data on a routine basis.
• Monitor internal and external customer insights to evaluate performance.
• Track, trend, and analyze escalations and data outliers for root cause.
• Maintain a robust calibration process for consistency across the program.
• Facilitate improvements including writing business requirements and testing.
• Create and present assessments of current state and recommendations to leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
