Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join the Patient Engagement team. This fully remote, phone-based role supports patients, doctors, and facilities, resolving inquiries and ensuring accurate records while maintaining confidentiality.

You will work with clinicians and other staff to maintain exceptional patient care, balance collections when due, and navigate multiple pharmacy software systems in a busy, closed-door environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; active PTCB or NHA certification preferred.
• Must maintain a valid State Board of Pharmacy registration.
• Experience in a remote, phone-based pharmacy setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients to resolve questions.
• Collect on patient balances and explain charges clearly.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a remote pharmacy environment.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and clinicians to support patient care.
• Collaborate with technicians and specialists to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and documentation.
