Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Pharmacist Care Manager to oversee the compliant, safe, and scalable operations of our Contact Center and Clinical Operations. You will drive patient safety, performance metrics, and continuous improvement while building strong cross-functional partnerships across recruiting and HR to attract and retain top pharmacy talent.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, oversee workflows for partnerships and product launches, and manage staffing and training to sustain

Qualifications

• Experience creating and enforcing new workflows for partnerships, product launches, and regulatory/accreditation requirements.
• Experience leading a large mail-order/clinical operation.
• Experience maintaining pharmacy compliance and interaction with state Boards of Pharmacy and DEA.
• Data-driven decision making using analytics tools to improve operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Own Contact Center and Clinical Operations workflow.
• Drive efficiency, service levels, and quality for prescription processing.
• Supervise and mentor a diverse team with focus on patient experience and performance.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate staff to maintain a high-performing team.
• Develop and implement new workflows for partnerships, product launches, and regulatory needs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day operations to maintain excellence.
