Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist Care Manager to oversee Contact Center and Clinical Operations in support of patient care and regulatory compliance.

You will drive operational excellence, supervise a pharmacy team, and lead cross-functional process improvements to meet service level agreements and patient safety goals. You will implement workflows for partnerships, product launches, and accreditation while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience creating, implementing and enforcing new workflows for partnerships, product launches, and regulatory/accreditation requirements.
• 2+ years leading a high-performing pharmacy operation and managing workflows.
• Experience interacting with regulatory authorities such as state boards of pharmacy and the DEA.
• Experience analyzing data using Excel, Tableau, or Looker to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own Contact Center and Clinical Operations workflow.
• Ensure metrics for efficiency, service levels, and quality for prescription processing.
• Supervise and mentor a diverse team, focusing on patient experience and quality.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching.
• Create, implement and enforce new workflows for partnerships, product launches, and regulatory/accreditation requirements.
• Ensure pharmacy practice is compliant with regulatory and accreditation agencies, including policy development and provider management.
• Triage and resolve day-to-day escalations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and workflows.
• Ensure patient safety and clinical excellence through Quality Performance Metrics.
• Oversee training and standardization of company policies and procedures.
• Establish a continuous improvement culture.
• Obtain out-of-state licensure to support business growth.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations and third-party payor rules.
