Job summary

Cardinal Health Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to lead a 20-person remote team handling patient access support and reimbursement activities. You will supervise staff, drive training, and monitor KPIs under client contracts and SOPs to ensure high-quality service.

The role emphasizes remote leadership, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to retain clients and improve outcomes in specialty pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in related field of patient support programs preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for patient access support contact center team of up to 20 team members.
• Coach, teach, train, and mentor team members in a remote setting.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.
• Coordinate and deliver regular program reviews with leaders.
• Manage timecards and HR responsibilities as a people leader.
• Open job requisitions, interview candidates, and provide recommendations.
