Fuze Health is seeking a Pharmacist Care Manager to drive compliant, efficient, and scalable operations for the Contact Center and Clinical Operations. You will supervise a team, ensure patient safety, and develop programs to improve service levels and performance.

Responsibilities include workflow optimization, regulatory adherence, and cross-functional collaboration with HR and Recruiting to build a high-performing team across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and enforcing new workflows for partnerships and regulatory requirements.
• Experience as an Operational Manager or leader of a large mail-order/clinical operation.
• Expertise establishing and improving complex workflows within a large operation.
• 2+ years leading a high-performing pharmacy operation.
• Experience interacting with State Boards of Pharmacy and the DEA.
• Experience using analytical tools (Excel, Tableau, Looker) for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own Contact Center and Clinical Operations workflow.
• Meet efficiency, service levels, and quality targets for prescription processing.
• Supervise and mentor a diverse team; focus on patient experience.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate team members; manage performance.
• Develop new workflows for partnerships, product launches, and regulatory needs.
• Ensure pharmacy practice complies with regulatory and accreditation agencies.
