Qualifications

• - Active pharmacist license in the United States.
• - Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• - 4+ years in a high-volume pharmacy.
• - 2+ years in supervisory/leadership role.
• - Experience in pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance.
• - Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• - Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• - Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• - Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists.
• - Oversee daily performance across service levels, productivity, and patient experience.
• - Create and maintain performance reporting using data.
• - Forecast staffing and ensure appropriate coverage.
• - Develop and execute training and quality programs.
• - Drive operational changes and workflow improvements.
• - Maintain proficiency in remote pharmacy workflows and tools.
