Fuze Health Inc. is building the pharmacy of the future by combining digital health with frontline care. The Care Supervisor, Pharmacist will lead a team of Remote Pharmacists responsible for remote prescription verification, patient consultations and other clinical operations.

This hands-on leader will guide performance, training, and quality while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Product, and Workforce Management to improve

Qualifications

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team with performance feedback.
• Experience in pharmacy operations including verification, consultations, and clinical workflows.
• Ability to use data and performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations, patient safety, and compliance standards.
• PharmD degree and US licensure in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote verification and clinical operations.
• Oversee day-to-day performance across service levels, productivity, quality and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility for Remote Pharmacist operations.
• Forecast staffing needs and maintain appropriate coverage with Care leadership.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs for consistent operations.
• Lead change by implementing new workflows, tools and programs.
• Develop proficiency across systems supporting Remote Pharmacy Operations and optimize workflows.
• Maintain frontline workflow proficiency and participate in coverage rotations as needed.
• Ensure operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Manage escalations for complex patient, provider, clinical, and operational issues.
