Job summary

Key responsibilities include maintaining Epic Willow Inpatient, leading system upgrades, validating changes, and supporting end-user adoption through documentation and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Active Pharmacist licensure with a minimum of one year of pharmacy practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document clinical and business requirements from stakeholders.
• Design, configure, implement, and support technology solutions that improve medication management workflows and patient safety.
• Maintain and optimize Epic Willow Inpatient and related pharmacy applications to ensure reliable system performance.
• Lead and participate in system upgrades, testing, validation, and go-live support activities.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and serve as escalation point for pharmacy-related system concerns.
• Support medication build, order sets, formulary management, clinical decision support tools, and pharmacy workflows.
• Ensure systems comply with healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and patient safety standards.
• Develop user documentation, training materials, and educational resources to support end-user adoption.
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and clinical teams to identify process improvements, enhance system functionality, and reduce medication-related risks.
