Job summary

UnitedHealth Group seeks an Epic Willow IT Business Systems Analyst to build, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Willow applications that support pharmacy workflows across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will partner with pharmacists, operational leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver reliable system functionality and end-user tools for safe patient care.

You’ll work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.; Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area reminders apply per policy.

Qualifications

• Certification in Epic Willow Ambulatory or Inpatient; proficiency may substitute
• 3+ years direct experience with Epic Willow in healthcare
• Experience gathering business and system requirements from clinical and operational stakeholders
• Experience performing system testing, validation, and end-user troubleshooting
• Willingness to work 8-5 central time zone

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, maintain, and support Epic Willow applications for pharmacy operations
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, pharmacists, technicians, and operations partners to gather requirements
• Support integrations with Omnicell, infusion pumps, packaging systems, and other pharmacy tech
• Troubleshoot application, workflow, interface, and operational issues; provide end-user support
• Participate in system implementations, upgrades, testing, validation, and workflow redesign
• Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, training materials, and support procedures
• Ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance
• Partner with project managers to deliver Epic initiatives within timelines
• Provide on-call support during and after business hours
