Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a pharmacist informatics professional to support the medication electronic health record and clinical informatics initiatives. You will act as the interface between clinicians and technical experts, develop informatics plans, perform data analysis, and optimize medication workflows while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Doctor of Pharmacy degree (Pharmacy licensure) with PGY1 and PGY2 residency in informatics preferred, and offers a remote position

Qualifications

• EPIC Willow certified or willing to obtain within 6 months.
• Pharmacy degree required with licensure/registration.
• Residency PGY1 and PGY2 in pharmacy informatics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between clinicians and informatics teams to optimize EHR workflows.
• Develop informatics plans, data analysis, and systems to enhance medication safety and practice.
• Consult with providers and leadership to evaluate information systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support analytics creation to drive performance improvements in medication use.
