Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Pharmacist Informatics professional to support the medication electronic health record and informatics initiatives. This remote role requires collaboration with clinicians and leadership to optimize formulary workflows and safety across the system.

The ideal candidate will hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, be licensed in eligible states, and have 3 years of pharmacist experience or PGY1/2 residencies in informatics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Licensed in the state(s) of practice or eligible for reciprocity.
• EPIC Willow certification within 6 months is expected.
• Requires 3 years of pharmacist experience or PGY1/PGY2 in pharmacy informatics.

Responsibilities

• Support medication EHR with clinical and informatics expertise.
• Liaise with clinicians and leadership on informatics.
• Develop informatics plans, analyze data, and optimize workflows.
• Design and implement new EHR builds to improve care quality and safety.
• Collaborate with providers to evaluate information systems.
